BACK!!

Well, this blog is rather dead. never bothered to upload anything or post anything for a long time. not really that busy actually but just lazy (not good, as learn in BMEW) and speaking of BMEW, it was an awesome time. everything basically, really. even the dorms weren't that bad except for those stinky bedsheets, which didn't really matter. so found out was in same bus with john stefan, who desperately wanted to change bus cuz he wasn't interested with the people in the bus that we were in but maureen didn't let:(, so he listen to mp3, while the rest watch bugs bunny the movie in the bus (cuz the other choice was rambo:P) and i got stuck to his psp, playing this game called patapon, which is hard and gave up after awhile. then, tried to sleep, which didn't work either cuz the road was very bumpy, so i played summore. john and i amused daryll at the way we laughed in front of the tv, which was weird and funny. and we reached the place. had lunch. then 3 sessions in a row:D which was super tiring, then we went to the beach. it isn't clean, the sand was hot and the weather kills. so i jalan-jalan. sat here, walked there, take pictures, make my pockets full (not with sand-.-) with 4 phones + mine + 1 wallet + watch + dunno how many more things, cuz i couldn't even walk properly. they went for the banana boat (regret not going for it now:() well, that session that night was absolutely powerful. it covered on the cross of jesus. and we celebrated EARTH HOUR!! we of the lights, and i couldn't even see what I was writing properly. but it was the lights came back on that the sessions really spoke, not because I couldn't see:) showed how much Jesus sacrifice for this unworthy guy, Joel Tan, and just didn't believe He did it for me, but He did and I am able to come to Him at all times. then, we stayed up real late at night (Pr. Foo commented "haiz, it's always the same two guys that stay awake. and I gave john a high five in the air. then pr foo made some fun out of that stupidity, which I still don't really understand) or rather didn't sleep. woke up at 4. sat at the bonfire area with john, seng loh and tara. seng loh made me go in and out 3 times from the dorm to get his tshirt and all three times, i came out with nothing. haha. then getting chase by the dog, was my bad. i would say natural instinct, but i think you would say stupid. i just ran, and the dog chased and i ran so fast that seng loh said i dissapeared like flash :D but i forgotten the rule to walk and don't run (SERIOUSLY!) and so all was done. session that morning(now sunday:) was like a choo choo train. rushed through it like mad, which didn't really seem to matter cause i got rather sleepy. then john kept begging for bus exchange again, which still failed. then, we headed home. no pictures, sorry. those people with the pictures also didn't realy post any. oh well

emo days will just go by:)

Saturday, the saddest day for every Man United fan in the whole world. We lost four-one to our worst rivals, Liverpool. Though we're all dissapointed, we still should be delighted. We're still in the driving seat (no one can defy that:P) and Liverpool is just not as good. Look at our results and their. Yes, they may have 5 big old ears (champions league) If you ask any liverpool fan this question, when was the last time you won the league?? some will shrug and say I dunno, those who are true fans will be embarrass when they say 1990. They're not even our level. Man United is the current England, Europe and WORLD champions. their last cup was like 3 years ago. and it was just the FA cup. we have already won two this year and we're still in three. are they? nope, they're not. so what are we to be afraid of?? face it, it is just one match. one match won't win you the league, would it? so watch it and see who will walk to the finish line with their heads held high. and thanks for giving a good thrashing because it will wake up the sleeping giant. AND QUINTUPLE HERE WE COME!!!

little children:P

Having the saturday off since there wasn't any CG for my CG, so mum told me to take Jon for Children's Church. I walked into the place feeling BIG, imagining the old times when I just ran through adults overlooking me. now I had to squezze through the crowd to walk through. Going that day really reminded me of myself when I was young. It was the place I learnt about God and made many new friends. And watching the boys running about chasing each other made me feel like I'm missing something and looking at them being selfish at choosing friends like "eh, you are on the other team. this big guy is on my team!" made me feel 'why did I do this last time?' Looking at how things are running there showed how far it has gone since MY DAYS (kinda old:P) like with more contemporary music. made it feel more "adult". but if I've learn one thing, it would be that I should be thankful for having the oppurtunity to have been able to go through the process of Children's Church, which build a good foundation for me in God's Word.

Never regretted:)

lunch with pr. eng eng:)

Last Thursday, Pr. Eng Eng came over and told us she was gonna make with us this japanese pizza (well, not exactly.) Till I found out that it actually was like takoyaki (those round fishball thingy, a bit bigger that you can see in jusco) So here's a few pictures to how it went. It was quite fun. Making as well as cooking. Washing up was tough with so many dishes everywhere. But it was worthwhile and scrumptous.

This is..striploin sukiyaki. Pr. Eng Eng was commenting that Japanese food always has the -yaki at the end, which is quite funny:) yaki yaki yaki:P

Sauce is the most important thing and this was like the nicest sauce i've ever tasted. the black one is bbq sauce and the white one is the mayo (the soft bottle. super nice to press:) heard it isn't cheap.

This is the different meat that Pr. Eng2 got. Top left is chicken, then there's prawns, cod fish and the SUKIYAKI!! haha:D

This one is made and done by me. not the pic. the mixture of egg and flour and water:) we weren't exactly sure how much but i just did it til it looked right to me:P

Fish flake and seaweed. the fish flake is quite cool. when it put on any thing that's hot, it'll move and wriggle like a worm. looks awesome. seaweed must be already cut. cannot cut seaweed yourself cuz the flavour different*shrug* according to che2 yukiko:)

cooking time. we cut tons and tons of cabbages. then we put the mixture of flour, egg and water on it and put it on the hot plate. wait til its cook (looks like pancake) then turn it over and put the things you wanna put on top and turn it over again and wait til the meat is cooked. then serve with the sauce:)

how the "pancake" looks like:)

the end result. looks awesome. can't wait to eat it again:P

with fish flakes:)

So thanks to Pr. Eng Eng, I had two rounds of it and it was a fantastic time spent with you.:)

Just random.

Life is short. Don't waste it:)

The Negotiator.

I watched this movie called the negotiator yesterday. It was quite a cool show. This is roughly how the story is like. Awesome movie, although it's very old.

Danny Roman (SAMUEL L. JACKSON) is the best hostage negotiator on the Chicago police force. Known for his often unorthodox ways of dealing with terrorists, his behavior irritates S.W.A.T. commander Adam Beck (DAVID MORSE), while worrying his friend and associate, Commander Frost (RON RIFKIN) and his supervisor, Chief Al Travis (JOHN SPENCER).

Newly married to wife Karen (REGINA TAYLOR), Danny agrees to tone down his crazy demeanor. Yet when his partner is killed after investigating some internal embezzlement of pension funds and Danny is framed as the suspect in both matters, he has no choice but to take radical action. Suddenly and unintentionally taking internal affairs Inspector Niebaum (J.T. WALSH) hostage, along with Frost and several others, Danny suddenly finds himself poised against his own team.

Knowing that he needs time to uncover the truth and discover who's behind it, Danny demands that Chicago's other top negotiator, Chris Sabian (KEVIN SPACEY) be brought in. Aware of Sabian's nonviolent track record, Danny realizes that Sabian could be a powerful ally in his quest although the two don't know each other except through reputation.

As Beck and his team move into position around Danny's 20th floor barricade and the FBI arrives ready to take over the operation, Sabian races against time to diffuse the potentially explosive situation before Danny and his hostages are injured or possibly killed.
